Folio 60.
To: W H Smith, Swansea [Glamorganshire].
From: The General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Draft letter advising that, since [Superintending Inspector] Clark has recommended an expansion of the boundary of the proposed Swansea District from the town to the whole municipal Borough, a further inquiry is necessary. It is stated that the inquiry will take place on 10 January 1850. Smith is asked to affix the enclosed copies of a notice [not included in the item] to the churches, chapels, and public buildings in the Borough.
