From: The General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Draft letter, in reply to a letter of 29 November 1849, advising that the Provisional Order relating to Swansea is not yet prepared, but enclosing an example of a similar Order [not included in the item] in a case where there were local Acts to be dealt with.
