To: The General Board of Health.
From: Edward Strick, Clerk to the Commissioners of the Swansea Paving and Lighting Act, Swansea [Glamorganshire].
Subject Matter: Letter regretting the General Board's unsatisfactory letter of 25 September 1849, which did specify a time at which the report on the Borough of Swansea might be expected. He asks for a more definite answer, as the Commissioners have heard that a printed copy of the report was returned to the General Board upwards of two months ago.
