To: The General Board of Health.
From: C B Mansfield, Town Clerk, Swansea [Glamorganshire].
Subject Matter: Letter emphasising the great importance of the early publication of Superintending Inspector G T Clark's in the sanitary condition of Swansea. He states that no works of sanitary improvement can be undertaken until the Town Council receive the report, 'and there is now a most urgent necessity for a great public improvement being at once adopted'.
