To: Edward Strick, Clerk to the Commissioners of the Swansea Paving and Lighting Act, Swansea [Glamorganshire].
From: The General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Draft letter, in reply to a letter of 6 September 1849, explaining that the 'general prevalence of Cholera throughout the Kingdom' has so far prevented the General Board from issuing their report on Swansea, but they hope to do so shortly.
