To: The General Board of Health.
From: Edward Strick, Clerk to the Commissioners of the Swansea Paving and Lighting Act, Swansea [Glamorganshire].
Subject Matter: Letter expressing the Commissioners' anxiety to possess the report of Superintending Inspector Clark on the sanitary condition of Swansea. He advises that many sanitary issues are being left in abeyance until the report is received.
