To: The General Board of Health.
From: Charles Collins, Clerk to the Guardians of the Swansea Union, Swansea [Glamorganshire].
Subject Matter: Letter stating that the Board of Guardians has unanimously resolved that it is very important that [Superintending Inspector] Clark's report into the sanitary condition of Swansea should be published as soon as possible, as many sanitary issues depend on whether or not the town adopts the Public Health Act 1848.
