Summary: Order by the committee for managing estates under sequestration that whereas on 29 September 1653 it was decided that Henry Marwood, administrator of Humphrey Bradbourne, deceased, should receive a half of the profits arising out of the estate of Lord Stafford [William Howard, 1st Viscount Stafford] in fulfilment of a judgement of £1000 for the use of Bradbourne's three children, he now requests to be allowed all the profits as security. It is ordered that Marwood be admitted as a tenant in lands both in Bedfordshire and Gloucestershire, paying to the state all revenue over and above what has been allowed to him. Mr Bedford, commissioner for sequestrations in Bedfordshire, is to establish and certify the yearly rental value of the estate and he will have the lease accordingly. Signed by 4 committee members.
