Description

Summary: Copy of an order by the committee for managing estates under sequestration that whereas on 4 May last, hearing Mr Brereton's report in the case of the Lady Anne Fane, widow of Sir George Fane, Ann and Elizabeth Fane, their daughters, and Henry Lucas, esquire, were allowed their claim to certain lands and tithes in Toddington, Bedfordshire, they have not received the rents due to them. Mr Bedford, commissioner for sequestrations in the county of Bedford, is to make payment accordingly. Signed by Francis Royley.

Place: Bedfordshire.
