Recommendation for the mitigation of sentence for selected prisoners on board/in: Justitia.

Names and details of prisoners:

William Kettlety aged 19 convicted of highway robbery at New Sarum [Wiltshire] on 8 March 1823. Initial sentence: 7 Years transportation. [crossed out].

George Turner aged 35 convicted of stealing goods from a stagecoach at Derby [Derbyshire] on 22 March 1823. Initial sentence: 7 Years transportation.

John Reynolds aged 19 convicted of stealing a saw at Croydon [Surrey] on 21 July 1823. Initial sentence: 7 Years transportation. [crossed out].

Joseph Welch aged 28 convicted of stealing from the person at Bristol on 13 October 1823. Initial sentence: 7 Years transportation. [crossed out].

Thomas Westcott aged 19 convicted of stealing a shilling at Middlesex on 15 June 1823. Initial sentence: 7 Years transportation. [crossed out].

Richard Price aged 27 convicted of felony at Middlesex on 17 April 1822.Initial sentence: 7 Years transportation. [crossed out].
