This series contains born-digital files from the inquiry as well as a copy of the report. There are a mixture of pdf, office files and video files, mainly silent Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV). Note
The catalogue descriptions used in this series are as they were created and used by inquiry staff. It should therefore be noted that they are the original descriptions and have not been subsequently curated as part of their transfer to The National Archives. The covering dates of the series reflect the dates from the death of Mr Litvinenko to the closing of the inquiry rather than the date range of the individual records.
Arrangement

Records were managed during the inquiry within the Lextranet database.

References for born digital records are automatically generated and display a 'Z' after a forward slash, which distinguish them from traditional references allocated to paper and digitised records.
