History: taken [in 1742?] by the privateers Peggy and Jenny (Martin Long commanding) and Sea Nymph (Nicholas Harman commanding), and brought into Antigua.

Appellants: Tilman Henschell and others, British subjects, for goods, and John Gould, a subject of the Queen of Hungary, for the ship; whether the appeal was deserted
