Envelope mounted on front of divider card item 32 with typed caption by W E Hayward dated 5 August 1965, 'Bradshaw October 1904 complete section , main, secondary and branch lines' containing extract from that issue of 'Bradshaw's Monthly General Railway and Steam Navigation Guide for Great Britain' pages 235-81 covering all Great Eastern Railway services.
