Six documents mounted together relating to the transfer of £350 of Great Eastern Railway Ordinary Stock and £350 of Consolidated Stock from Mrs Emily B Hayward to the Public Trustee, as follows:

1) Great Eastern Railway receipt for Certificate of Stock dated 29 June 1917 by the Company and signed by Mrs E B Hayward.

2) Great Eastern Railway declaration form signed by Mrs E B Hayward and dated 8 May 1917 with regard to Trading with the Enemy in relation to the above transfer of stocks which were originally purchased on 9 November 1906 and 23 December 1910.

3) Great Eastern Railway blank declaration form with regard to Trading with the Enemy in relation to transfer of stocks.

4) Typescript letter from Great Eastern Railway with reference T/O 242 signed by S A Parnell Company Secretary and Comptroller and dated 24 February 1917 enclosing forms for the above transfer of stocks, 1 page.

5) Typescript letter from Great Eastern Railway with reference T/O 105 signed by S A Parnell Company Secretary and Comptroller and dated 10 May 1917 requesting that the forms submitted for the above transfer of stocks be completed again with corrections, 2 pages.

6) Typescript letter from Great Eastern Railway with reference T/O 186 signed by S A Parnell Company Secretary and Comptroller and dated 18 June 1917 acknowledging correctly completed forms and confirming the above transfer of stocks, 1 page.
