Crime: Being a rogue and vagabond, and representing himself as the nephew of Daniel O'Connell.
Initial sentence: Three months imprisonment with hard labour at Westminster Bridewell.

Grounds for clemency (Petition Details): Ill health - inflammation of the loins which has settled in the small of his back; the glands of his neck has fallen down; his bodily strength is daily and hourly wasting.
