The Judicial Office is an office of the Ministry of Justice which supports the judiciary across the courts of England and Wales, and the non-devolved tribunals across the UK, by providing training, legal and policy advice, human resources, communications (including media and press enquiries) and administrative support.
The Judicial Office was set up following the Constitutional Reform Act 2005, under which the Lord Chief Justice became Head of the Judiciary.
