Appeal from the High Court of Admiralty.
Captured ship: St Agatha Galley (commander Don Juan de Rozas; master and pilot Arent Tuyn ).
History: Dutch frigate trading as a register ship [bound from Vera Cruz to Cadiz, laden with specie, vanilla, cochineal etc]; taken in November 1747 by the Royal Family privateer squadron Prince Frederick, King George, Prince George, Duke and Princess Amelia, and brought into Lisbon, and then to London.
Manuscript appeal papers, including 18 ship's papers.
Appellant: Arent Tuyn, as a Dutch subject.
