9487. T Bibby, Senior Officer, to Carleton. New York. Memorial on behalf of other officers belonging to the 11th and 12th companies of regiments under Carleton's command. As they have continued to serve since 24 June when they were considered reduced, ask that Carleton be pleased to put them on the same footing with the officers of the 'young regiments' here who are not to be reduced until they arrive in England and order them subsistence from 25 June to 24 December 1783.
