Card section divider, typed 'Great Western Railway, Specimen Prepaid Newspaper Parcel Stamps, ( un-numbered [and] last 'Company' issue)', two empty envelopes attached to reverse, sixteen stamps, 42 mm x 39 mm, attached to front, grouped in joined pairs, uncancelled, undated [c 1940 to 1947]:
1) White Paper, blue image '¼d' [farthing].
2) White Paper, grey image '1d' [one penny].
3) White Paper, brown image '1½d' [penny half-penny].
4) Blue Paper, black image '2d' [two pennies].
5) White Paper, green image '3d' [three pennies], red horizontal bar.
6) White Paper, black image '4d' [four pennies].
7) White Paper, green image '5d' [five pennies].
8) Pink Paper, black image '1/-' [one shilling].
