Card section divider, typed 'Great Western Railway, Specimen Newspaper Stamps, (vertical 'bar' type)', two empty envelopes attached to reverse, nine stamps, 42 mm x 36 mm, attached to front, four joined as single item, black image, uncancelled, undated [1900 - 1947]:
1) Orange paper, 'For 1 Newspaper Only', single green bar, overprinted in black '13164'.
2) Orange paper, 'For 1 Newspapers Only', single green bar, overprinted in black '17363'.
3) Orange paper, 'For 2 Newspapers Only', two green bars, overprinted in black '40787'.
4) Orange paper, 'For 4 Newspapers Only', four green bars, overprinted in black '9647'.
5) Red paper, 'For 1 Newspaper Only', single green bar, overprinted in black '92745'.
6) Red paper, four stamps joined by perferations, 'For 1 Newspaper Only, ¾d', single dark bar, un-numbered.
