9108. Christian Pulisfelt to Carleton. New York. Petition. Is a Loyalist from Bergen County and is now reduced to poverty and distress. Is embarking on the transport 'Mary' with his wife and three children for Port Roseway. Did formerly draw £10 a quarter from the government and begs a drawing to clothe his family. Accompanied by a certificate from Major Robert Timpany of the Provincial Forces. On the reverse of the document noted that he is to have a quarter allowance £10 New York currency to 30 September 1783.
