9104. [Carleton] to Captain Prevost, Deputy-Inspector-General, British American Forces. New York. He is to accompany the troops now embarked under Lieutenant-Colonel Hewlett to the St John's River, and disband them without delay. Then he is to return to headquarters and report his proceedings. [In the margin there is a list of the Provincial troops].
