9093. Ann Sharwin to [Carleton]. New York. Memorial. She is the widow and administratrix of Richard Sharwin, late saddler of this city. Has summonsed the following gentlemen to answer claims of debt due to her late husband's estate and to which they pay no regard. Captain Christopher Hatch of the Royal American Regiment, Captain Hawes Hatch of the Prince of Wales Regiment, Lieutenant Porter of the 22nd Regiment of Foot, and Captain Alexander Saunderson of the 17th Regiment of Foot. Noted on the reverse of the document that it was referred to the board for adjusting matters of debt, by order of the Commander-in-Chief, and signed by Deputy Adjutant-General Frederick MacKenzie.
