9091. Aaron Fowler to Carleton. New York. Memorial. Has received assistance several times but now finds that his name is not on the refugee list. As a suffering Loyalist he and his family are in distressed circumstances, humbly prays for continuance of the allowance as they are about to embark for Nova Scotia. Noted that he is to have an allowance of £15, dated 30 September 1783.
