Description

9085. Captain Charles Handfield, paymaster of absent corps to Lieutenant-Colonel Oliver De Lancey. New York. Agreeable to directions he sends the petitions of eleven soldiers of the 2nd Battalion 84th Regiment, claiming the settlement of accounts with the regiments of the Convention Army together with a state of the sums apparently due from the papers left by their regiments.
