9083. City and County of New York. Coroner's inquisition. Sworn before Coroner William Waddell. With regard to the body of a person unknown believed to have been a seaman found drowned in the North River. He had been discovered by a guard of the 4th Battalion of Hessain Grenadiers whilst on duty. Signed and sealed by Waddell and twelve others.
