9081. Carleton to Poyntz. New York. Warrant to pay Captain James Kerr, paymaster to the Queen's Rangers the sum of £1,162 18s 11d sterling. Being pay due to several non-commissioned officers and private men of the said regiment, late prisoners of war who are now released from captivity commencing and ending at different periods between 6 January 1781 and 24 June 1782, as per the annexed account.
