9073. Frederick Newinstead to Carleton. Memorial. He was a private in the 62nd Regiment when he was taken prisonor of war in October 1777, but since his escape is drafted into the 84th. Prays his affairs may may be taken into conisideration as he has had no opportunity of settling his accounts. With a Certificate by Lieutenant Kenneth MacDonald dated New York on this day.
