They were not registered. The folders contain discussions and proposals for the contracting out process, the feasibility study, the various phases of the options appraisal, contractual matters, the enabling order under Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994, correspondence with the Department of Trade and Industry and its legal team, consultation with the Official Receivers and meetings with the Secretary of State for the Department of Trade and Industry.
