Prisoner occupation: Butcher/slaughterer.

Court and date of trial: Old Bailey May Sessions 1826.

Crime: Larceny.

Initial sentence: 7 years transportation mitigated to 5 years in the Penitentiary.

Annotated (Outcome): Nil February 7 1828.

Petitioner(s): 13 signatories, 11 of which are inhabitants of Birmingham.

Grounds for clemency (Petition Details): Respectable family; father licensed victualler in Birmingham [Warwickshire]; associated with bad company; previous good conduct;
