8275. Joseph Chew to Maurice Morgann. Mr Knox delivered the dispatch for General Haldimand but said nothing about the money for Mr Davis's expenses. Explains the arrangements for paying Knox's accounts and encloses an account of his expenses in the city. [Noted in Calendar that the volume marked May and June 1783 but that this letter may be 1782 as Morgann left New York in July 1783].
