Description

7964. Maurice Morgann to R Alexander. He is directed by the Commander-in-Chief to inform him and the Board, that due to pressure of time, their proceedings should be summary and decisive. In the cases of Shedden and Goodrich, His Excelency is not disposed to constitute any other court for the further discussion, and being satisfied with the decision made, he recommends proper means be taken for carrying the judgement of that cause into execution.
