Description

Folio 192: Commissioner Isaac Townsend, Portsmouth. The Seahorse to be painted. Contract with John Vining for charcoal. He is sending a letter received from Edward Tucker about stone. The Barfleur's, Hampshire's and other ships' books were brought from the Straights and sent by wagon.
