Folio 132: Commissioner Isaac Townsend, Portsmouth. He has received a warrant for 40-gun ships and above to bear an additional Lieutenant and a Master for 6th date ships. The value of Mr Ridges' horse will be reimbursed following an accident of which Mr Bissell has been informed. His expenses are before Mr Jobber. He has received an order for reimbursement of the tax on his salary.
