To: The General Board of Health.
From: Messrs B Page and Co, Oxford Street, Southampton [Hampshire].
Subject Matter: Letter having reference to the General Board's letter of two months ago, acknowledging receipt of their letter and memorial [petition]. It is explained, however, that up to this time, they are in now way relieved from the 'evil' therein complained of - 'in fact, at this moment, the sewage is one foot high in our kitchen'. They trust that its remedy will be hastened or immediately adopted.
