From: Charles E Deacon, Town Clerk and Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Southampton [Hampshire].
Subject Matter: Letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 29 October 1855, relative to the sewage of Southampton. Deacon advises that the same will immediately be submitted to the Local Board.
