From: Charles E Deacon, Town Clerk and Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Southampton [Hampshire].
Subject Matter: Letter having reference to his letter of the 8 October 1855. Deacon now encloses James Marriott's report for completing the sewerage works of Southampton, dated 18 September 1855; James Simpson's report thereon, dated 2 October 1855; and Marriott's observations on Simpson's report, dated 8 October 1855. He further encloses two plans referred to in Marriott's report [plans not included in item].
