To: The General Board of Health.
From: Charles E Deacon, Town Clerk and Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Southampton [Hampshire].
Subject Matter: Letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 23 July 1855, which Deacon has brought under the consideration of the Southampton Local Board of Health. He explains that the alterations made in the plans of the public works in Southampton have been so made by Mr Ranger, and that in the case of all contemplated alterations, the plans thereof will be submitted by the Local Board to the General Board before the works are carried out.
