To: The General Board of Health.
From: George Lowther, Clerk to the Selby Local Board, Selby [Yorkshire].
Subject Matter: Letter with reference to the work of the Selby Local Board in the construction of sewers connecting certain properties to the main sewer. Lowther refers to Mr Morley, the owner of certain messuages in the district to drain his premises into the main sewer, but the most effective course would be to construct a drain or sewer through or under the premises of Mr Franks, who objects. He therefore asks for advice on this matter.
