From: George Lowther, Clerk to the Selby Local Board, Selby [Yorkshire].
Subject Matter: Letter enclosing a memorial [petition] signed by certain members of the Selby Local Board praying for the powers of Local Boards to be enlarged with regards to lighting lamps and supplying gas to the inhabitants of the districts of Local Boards, with reference to the 'Regulations as to Lighting' within section 101 of the Public Health Amendment Bill.
