To: The General Board of Health.
From: George Lowther, Clerk to the Selby Local Board, Selby [Yorkshire].
Subject Matter: Letter referring to the ratings of the railways under section 88 of the Public Health Act 1848, and to a dispute between the Selby Local Board and the North Eastern Railway Company as to the application of section 88. Lowther encloses a statement of particulars on this subject.
