To: William Ranger, Superintending Inspector, The General Board of Health.
From: George Lowther, Clerk to the Selby Local Board, Selby [Yorkshire].
Subject Matter: Letter requesting a copy of Ranger's report made in July 1855, of his examination of the Bill of charges endorsed by Messrs Lee and Stevenson for professional services etc., as Consulting Engineers to the Board, as the former copy has been mislaid. He refers particularly to the latter part of the report in which the charges have been made against more than one Board for services, visits etc., on the same day. He asks for it to be forwarded no later than within two posts.
