To: The General Board of Health.
From: George Lowther, Clerk to the Selby Local Board, Selby [Yorkshire].
Subject Matter: Letter enquiring whether in the case of street cleaning and the regulations of the slaughter houses etc., the General Board have drawn out a scheme of Bye Laws for the regulation of water supply, or is in possession of such information on the subject as to be able to generally recommend the bye laws of any particular Local Board. If the General Board have drawn out a form or set, which they would recommend, Lowther asks for a copy to be forwarded on.
