To: The General Board of Health.

From: Henry Wrigg, Surveyor, Preston Local Board of Health [Lancashire].

Subject Matter: Letter, in reference to a letter of 26 May 1851, stating that as soon as they are able to meet again, the Local Board will assign reasons for their decision regarding the width of certain streets, alluded to by memorialists [petitioners] J R W France and R W S Lutwidge.
