7795. Maurice Morgann to Mr Benson and Colonel Smith. Secretary's Office. He has seen the Commandant concerning the robbery in Westchester but desires to obtain further information concerning their residence. If the men are within the British limits they should be seized and secured. It appears that the persons from whom the horses were stolen may have made some further communication.
