Captured ship: Santa Maria of St Jean de Luz, master Domingo de la Sacko.
History: bound from Greenland to La Rochelle, laden with whale oil and whale bone; taken on 8 September 1667, 77 leagues off Cape Clear by HMS Anne (Robert Moulton commanding) but lost when the Anne went to the aid of the William of Plymouth from Virginia and towed her into Kinsale.
