History: bound from Riga to Amsterdam, laden with hemp, flax, clapboard and pipe staves; taken on 8 August 1672 nine leagues off Heligoland by the privateer Dover Castle ([Peter] Kenton commanding) and brought into Newcastle upon Tyne.
