Following some re-organisation within the Roads and Local Transport Directorate, Local and Urban Tansport Division 1 dealt with urban traffic policy; cycling and pedestrian policy; and the departmental interest in airports, and inner areas policy; Division 2 dealt with transport grants policy and administration; policy on local authority roads; and policy on tolls; Division 3 dealt with disabled drivers issues; local lorry routing; various other street works issues; and motorway service areas.
