Annotated (Outcome): Ordered to lunatic asylum for county of Kent; warrant of maintenance prepared, 28 January 1834. To be sent to the gaol to be dealt with according to the law, 13 January 1838.
Other papers: Copy warrant for removal of prisoner to lunatic asylum.
Order for maintenance in Banning Heath lunatic asylum to be paid by county of Kent, with covering letter stating that place of legal settlement cannot be ascertained.
Letter from G Poynder, medical superintendent of Kent Lunatic Asylum, stating that prisoner is of sound mind and fit to be discharged, with certificate confirming the same.
