Description

Prisoner name: Robert Sutton.

Prisoner age: 37.

Prisoner occupation: Cheque clerk to Directors and Guardians of Poor of Parish of St Marylebone.

Court and date of trial: Old Bailey Sessions, February 1833.

Crime: Embezzlement of money belonging to parish of St Marylebone.

Initial sentence: Seven years transportation.

Gaoler's report: Not known before.

Annotated (Outcome): Abroad.

Petitioner(s): Elizabeth Ladd and Ann Wilson, the prisoner's mother and sister, undersigned by 22 Directors and Guardians of Poor of St Marylebone.
